Psy has confirmed that he will be releasing his seventh studio album in September and it looks as though Queen guitarist Brian May could be featuring after the rocker has confirmed that he will be collaborating with the hitmaker.
The South Korean rapper has enjoyed success over the last year with hits 'Gangnam Style' and 'Gentleman,' both of which have become viral hits clocking up more than one billion views on YouTube.
But fear not, the viral phenomenon has assured us we won't have too long to wait until we can hear the whole thing as Psy says fans can expect the album in just a few months.
“Latest September - I'll be releasing a full album. I can't tell you who I'm going to be working with because its not confirmed yet. It's going to be my seventh album in Korea & debut in North America," Psy told EntertainmentWise.
Queen guitarist Brian May recently confirmed he is planning to collaborate with Psy after the rapper praised the British rock group as his biggest influence growing up in Korea after watching their iconic performance at London's Wembley Stadium back in 1986.
Meanwhile, the workaholic rapper also revealed how he manages his double life as superstar rapper and a family man with two children, telling us: “Being a part of a family is amazing but as an artist living as a solo is kinda nice. Inside the door I've got to be a father but outside the door I get to be Psy. It's confusing because the two characters are really different!”
